Working with adults and adolescents aged 16 years and older, Oscar provides compassionate, evidence-based support for a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, workplace stress and relationship difficulties. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches, he tailors treatment to each individual, helping clients develop practical strategies, build resilience and move towards their personal and wellbeing goals with confidence.

Oscar Williams is a registered psychologist with more than 15 years of experience supporting individuals, organisations and communities across a broad range of mental health, wellbeing and behavioural concerns. Throughout his career, Oscar has worked extensively within both public and private sectors, including community mental health, correctional services, private practice, corporate training and senior leadership roles. Oscar is passionate about helping people navigate life’s challenges, improve their mental wellbeing and develop practical strategies to achieve meaningful and lasting change. He works with adults and adolescents aged 16 years and older, supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, workplace challenges, relationship difficulties and a wide range of other psychological concerns. His calm, supportive and collaborative approach helps create a safe environment where clients feel understood, respected and empowered throughout their therapeutic journey. In addition to his clinical work, Oscar has extensive experience delivering executive coaching, workplace training and professional development programs. He is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Adelaide, with research focused on end-of-life care and the criminal justice system.
